Renowned European and U.S. Artist Anna Petrash will be teaching classes at Flathead Valley Community College, in Libby, Montana this Fall.
Beginning Oil Painting and Pastel CE-305 Room: 210
Instructor: Anna Petrash
Basic elements of drawing, color, design and painting as the student learns the use of materials and techniques. Encouragement is given to individual style and expression.
Bring set of oil paints or dry pastel, set of brushes, 18” x 24” canvas, or canvas board (if choosing oil paint.), or 11” x 14” sketchbook. (If choosing pastel)
Every Mon. & Wed. 6:00-8:00pm, and Sat., Mar 1, 10:00am-2:00pm

Beginning Portrait Sketching CE-306
Room: 210
Instructor: Anna Petrash
Basic portrait drawing and sketching. Provides theory and demonstration of materials and techniques through various exercises with pencil or pastel. Introduction of techniques into abstract and non-objective painting.
Bring set of oil paints or dry pastel, set of brushes, 18” x 24” canvas, or canvas board (if choosing oil paint.), or 11” x 14” sketchbook. (If choosing pastel)
